Buying my first home was equal parts exciting and terrifying. Having Melissa's experience, patience and enthusiasm made the experience so positive! She knew the right questions to ask to hone in on the kind of house I was looking for. And as a first-time home buyer, she was kind and patient with all my questions. If I had to do it over again, I would pick Melissa as my real estate agent every time.

Melissa is an amazing realtor! She was always available for us and was very knowledgeable. She answered any questions or concerns we had and even provided additional information that we hadn't even thought to ask about. She was patient and understanding with us and our needs and was positive and encouraging even when we were frustrated with the current market. Melissa was there for us every step of the way and we highly recommend her! We loved working with Melissa!

I worked with Melissa to sell my Father's house after he passed away. She was super familiar with the area around the home and had even sold the house next door. She provided some great perspective on the pre-sale prep work, area comps and pricing. She helped connect me to her network of service providers whenever there was something that I needed to have done. She does a great job of marketing the property and is always available when you need her, especially during the offer process. If your buying or selling a house in the area definitely put her on the list of agents to consider; you won't be disappointed

I was not from the area, so I was unfamiliar with everything. Melissa responded to me promptly and was very patient with me during the process. There were a few times I was late to our meet-ups, and it was greatly appreciated that she was so understanding. Helped with the negotiation process and suggested the home warranty, which came in handy quite quickly

Very personable and friendly and flexible. Supported us in the process very well.

...........Melissa helped us to sell our home and move across the country. Again, she was so patient, kind, and personable. Neither of us stressed for a minute with Melissa there to support us. Aside from being an Awesome realtor, she is a beautiful person. We highly recommend Melissa Glaze for any person/couple/family looking to start a new journey in a home. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your clients!

Melissa was incredibly easy to work with. Always accommodating of schedules and always very quick to respond to inquiries. She knows the market well and seems to have a lot of respect from her peers based on her interaction with other realtors and title agencies. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her on the recent purchase of my home. Highly, highly recommend!
